The early planting deadline for cover crops is October 1, 2025. The Planting Certification Form must be completed and turned into the office by October 7th, 2025. The late planting deadline is November 15th. You must certify late planted cover crops by November 19, 2025. You may complete the form in person during office hours, or use the online form. Completed forms with all supporting documents can be submitted to our new email at: kcdcovercrop@delaware.gov. Documents may also be faxed to KCD at 302-736-7920.
